Sharon Dlubala has more than 11 years experience training dogs and worked with over 600 dogs as a professional dog trainer. She specializes in positive reinforcement training which some people know as "clicker" training. However, a clicker is not necessary, any consistent word or sound can be used as a positive marker. Before becoming a dog trainer she worked with rats and monkeys in behavioral research settings at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, learning the ins and outs of operant conditioning which is the backbone of learning theory.
Sharon will work with individual dogs and their families as well as groups made up of related dogs in homes, parks or other facilities.
